Optimal Liposomal Vitamin C by Seeking Health provides 1000 mg of vitamin C (as sodium ascorbate and ascorbic acid) in a great-tasting liposomal liquid form. Vitamin C is needed by the body to support the immune system, connective tissue and skin, and to recycle glutathione.
