What Is Optimized Broccoli with Myrosinase?
Sulforaphane is a nutrient obtained from broccoli that is notoriously difficult to take in supplement form. We’ve combined a broccoli seed extract with myrosinase from white mustard seed powder to increase sulforaphane formation and uptake during digestion.
Broccoli compounds like sulforaphane are thought to have many health benefits. Now, getting sulforaphane is easier with Optimized Broccoli with Myrosinase!
Optimized Broccoli with Myrosinase Benefits
- Contains a clinically studied extract combo
- Increases conversion of glucoraphanin to sulforaphane
- Provides a standardized glucoraphanin-rich broccoli seed extract
We all know eating broccoli is good for our health. But it’s not always easy for the body to get the health-promoting benefits of broccoli’s nutrients, like sulforaphane, because the cooking process breaks them down. That’s where a dietary supplement that increases the bioavailability of sulforaphane can come in handy.
Enhanced sulforaphane bioavailability
A clinical trial helped validate that supplementation with nutrient extracts would help deliver more sulforaphane to the body. Participants who took the broccoli seed extract with myrosinase (from mustard seed extract) combo showed an increased conversion of glucoraphanin to sulforaphane by approximately 63%, and in most subjects, the conversion increased by more than 50% with some individuals seeing up to a three-fold increase.
