Bioactive 5-MTHF Folate
Our One-Per-Day formula now contains 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF), a form of folate that may be up to seven times more bioavailable than folic acid.7 This form of folate requires no conversion to become metabolically active, which is important as research shows that many people lack the robust activity of the enzyme that’s necessary to convert folic acid to 5-MTHF.8
Mixed vitamin E tocopherols
Most commercial multivitamins provide only the alpha-tocopherol form of vitamin E, but there are four tocopherols. One-Per-Day provides all four. For biomarkers of oxidative stress, evidence shows that combining alpha- and gamma-tocopherols is better than taking either nutrient alone.9 Our formula provides more than 80 mg of mixed alpha, beta, delta and gamma tocopherols.
High-potency minerals, antioxidants and extracts

Yes, you can take both softgels at the same time. That is definitely better than taking only 1 a day. However, for maximum absorption it's recommended to take the softgels separately with at least a 3-hour space between them.
Can I take this Prenatal supplement while breastfeeding?
