Vitamin A —This nutrient supports vision, healthy cell division, and even a healthy immune response. We added a form of vitamin A derived from mixed carotenoids from African oil palm (fruit) extract, beta-carotene. African oil palm fruit is high in carotenoids, including alpha carotene and beta carotene.
Vitamin C —This vitamin is considered a free radical scavenger and provides protection against oxidative stress, which is why it’s associated with immune system health. Your body also uses vitamin C for collagen production, and the health of connective tissue found in arterial walls, skin, bones and teeth. We added vitamin C from amla fruit extract, which is one of the richest plant derived sources of vitamin C.
Vitamin D3 —Vitamin D is essential for maintaining cognitive health and performance. It’s also crucial for supporting calcium absorption into the bone matrix, promoting strong, healthy bones and teeth.9 Vitamin D is also involved in heart health and in maintaining already-healthy blood pressure.

How much HeightFactor should I give my child?
For children 6 years and younger, we recommend one capsule twice daily. Children ages 7 or 8 can take 3 capsules daily (2 with one meal and later another 1 with another meal), and from age 9 and up, children can take 2 capsules twice a day.
Would you recommend that an adult, at age 20, take this product?
Usually, once teenagers reach adulthood, their growth slows down or comes to a complete stop. That being said, we have had feedback from adults who took this product and found it helpful.
Is there anything else I can do in addition to HeightFactor to help my child grow?
Yes. We have 5 recommendations to boost a child's growth. Firstly, ensure that the child is eating at least 3 protein meals a day. Next, supplement with HeightFactor.
