Q: Why are there so many types of calcium in this formula?
A: Simply put, more forms of calcium ensure more complete availability in the body. Each calcium salt -- that is, each calcium attached to a different mineral -- offers differing quantities of elemental calcium. Elemental calcium is the "bottom line" amount of calcium you absorb from food or a supplement. While some calcium/mineral combinations have more elemental calcium than others, they're not always easy to absorb. For example, calcium lactate is about 32 percent absorbed while calcium citrate is approximately 30 percent absorbed. Tricalcium phosphate is an important addition to the formula because is the most prevalent form of calcium in human bone.
Q: Should this product be taken with food?

О: Действительно, сорбитол и маннитол в больших количествах могут оказывать слабительное действие, включая газообразование. Хотя у некоторых людей при приеме Rhizinate® Fructose Free может усиливаться газообразование из-за индивидуальной чувствительности, побочные эффекты, обычно связанные с этими подсластителями, как правило, наблюдаются только при количестве более 10–20 грамм/день. Суммарное количество этих двух ингредиентов в Rhizinate® Fructose Free составляет менее половины грамма на таблетку.
В: Я заметил(а) некоторые изменения на этикетке Rhizinate® Fructose Free. Изменилась ли формула?
О: Активные ингредиенты и их концентрация не изменились. Однако мы внесли небольшие улучшения во вкус, что отражено в изменениях в перечне "других ингредиентов".
