There are two types of inflammation: acute and chronic. Acute inflammation occurs immediately after the injury and usually lasts for a short time. Chronic inflammation is different. It may last for months or even years. When the cause of acute inflammation is not properly addressed, the swelling may become chronic.
SYMPTOMS OF INFLAMMATION
There are five main symptoms of acute inflammation: pain, especially upon contact, redness, because of increased blood supply to the area, difficulty moving, swelling, and heat. These five symptoms are visible only when the injury or inflammation is close to the surface of the skin. An internal illness, such as pneumonia, will only exhibit some of the typical inflammatory symptoms. Symptoms of chronic inflammation are different. The symptoms are not immediately apparent. By the time symptoms are noticeable, the condition may be serious. Therefore, it is important to be on the lookout for long duration of pain, allergies or asthma attacks, high blood pressure, high blood sugar levels, IBS or ulcers, chronic fatigue, skin problems, and/or red eyes.

If I am in severe pain, can I take more than the recommended amount of 4 capsules daily?
The maximum dosage of Inflame-X would be 8 capsules daily. It is best to divide it, so taking Inflame-X at each meal, 3 capsules, 3 capsules and then later another 2 capsules is best. After taking this higher dosage for a few days, you can lower the dose to 6 a day, and then to 4 per day once you’ve seen significant improvement.
Does Inflame-X have blood-thinning properties?
The ingredients in Inflame-X are known to thin the blood. Therefore, individuals on blood-thinning medications and people who are not allowed to take any blood thinners should stay away from Inflame-X.
Does Inflame-X also target aches and pains?
Inflame-X was designed to support healthy inflammatory response and therefore may help with pain management as well.
How do I know if I have inflammation?
If you were diagnosed with a condition ending with “itis,” which means inflammation. For example, bronchitis is a condition with inflammation in the bronchial tubes and tendinitis is when there is inflammation in the tendon.
