2-in-1 Nitric Oxide Test Strips
Calroy’s 2-in-1 Nitric Oxide Test Strips are quick, affordable, and scientifically validated. Measuring your nitric oxide levels offers valuable health and wellness insights. You can then make informed decisions and take steps to optimize healthy nitric oxide production.
With its patent-pending dual-pad testing, Calroy’s 2-in-1 Nitric Oxide Test Strips measure both:
-
Prebiotic diet by measuring prebiotic nitrate levels
-
Nitric oxide through salivary nitrite biomarkers
Test in just 10-15 seconds. Each canister contains 50 easy-to-use strips.
Test yourself to get a baseline before making any changes. Then test at 2 and 24 hours after taking Vascanox HP to track changes in nitric oxide levels.
How to Test
It’s quick and easy. Test first thing in the morning before you eat, drink, or brush your teeth.
Simply put the end marked “saliva here” on your tongue for 5 seconds, then fold the strip in half so the pads meet, and press the two ends together for 10 seconds.
Match the color on the test pads to the key printed on the tube for your results.

Why Test Nitric Oxide?
Measure Salivary Nitrite and Prebiotic Nitrate
Test, Don't Guess
The two test pads give you a reading of your current nitric oxide levels and your oral microbiome’s capacity to transform dietary nitrates and nitrites to nitric oxide.
Because dietary nitrites and nitrates are present in the mouth, a simple chemical reaction tests their presence. This is what makes salivary tests possible and accurate. Most tests rely on the measurement of nitrites.
Calroy’s 2-in-1 Nitric Oxide Test Strips add an additional test for your salivary nitrate markers and provide data to assist with decision-making about your overall health and the health of your oral microbiome.
The two tests together give a more complete picture of your capacity for nitric oxide production.
Interpreting your results
The darker the pink color, the higher your nitric oxide levels. The goal is to be in the dark pink optimal range. Don’t worry if you tested low – many people do. It is normal for nitric oxide to decrease with age.
To help maintain your vascular well-being, consider these tips to support healthy nitric oxide levels:
- Eat nitrate-rich foods: Consuming leafy greens, beets, and celery, can encourage the production of nitric oxide.
- Exercise: Regular physical activity stimulates nitric oxide production by improving blood flow and endothelial function.
- Supplement with Vascanox HP, a breakthrough product providing nitric oxide support for up to 24 hours with a single dose.*†
You can test as many times per day as you want to watch for fluctuations.
