Provides a very high dose (100 mg) of biotin (vitamin B7).

• Essential coenzyme for carboxylation reactions, involved in the metabolism of fats, sugars, and amino acids*
• Coenzyme for activation of acetyl-CoA carboxylase, a crucial enzyme in the normal, healthy synthesis of myelin*
• Free of common allergens

As a dietary supplement, 1 capsule one to three times daily with meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
